LINDA MACKEY INSURANCE IS SEEKING TO FILL THE FULL TIME POSITION OF LICENSED HEALTH, ACCIDENT AND LIFE AGENT. We are a very busy agency, and an agent would be able to work incoming calls as well as be responsible for seeking out their own clientele.
Personal Requirements: Very high standard of ethics, proven ability to sell and excellent communications. Due to the sensitive nature of this position the following are necessary: Drug test, DMV report, personal credit history as well as felony reports. The successful candidate must be able to be appointed by various insurance carriers.
Job Requirements: Excellent organization skills, ability to network, discover problems, find solutions, make impressive written and oral presentations to both employers and their employees, work well with both insurance company representatives, potential clients and established clients. Highly effective communications through written word, e-mail, phone calls and in person are essential. Must be computer literate. Effective use of “phone, mail, phone” skills, as well as cold calling, closing and networking, Licensed in the state of Georgia.
The Position Includes: Networking with business leaders including during the lunch hour and after hours, and the ability to provide them with excellent ideas, and service. We seek someone who likes building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The position requires a person who can scrutinize a current benefit package and compare it to the client’s need, recommend revisions with new or different products that will accomplish the desired results and then implement this new strategy. Follow through as the new plans go through implementation, and maintaining pricing is very important. Frequent client contact is vital as is the ability to trouble shoot.
Linda Mackey only works with established products from terrific companies. This is not a position that uses cut rate or low quality, price-based products.
This is a commission based career position. Five years of dedication, hard work and long hours will provide a very desirable income. Income will begin the first month! Although this is a full time position, there is a certain amount of schedule flexibility.
Training is available for the right candidate, but this person must have excellent communication skills as well as a demonstrable ability to sell. Obtaining and retaining Georgia Insurance license is imperative.
For those persons with very specific scheduling needs, there may be a position available for a highly skilled fast learning, motivated self-starter that requires attention to detail, the ability to trouble shoot and work within their desired schedule. This position will include the ability to teach and explain products, hold seminars and to close sales calls. The right candidate will have a high level of patience with their clientele. This position is a long-term career position.
